The family’s decision to have a dual funeral created some difficult obstacles to overcome for everyone, including the Order of Service Funeral Booklet. In Loving Memory approached the family to collect as much information and photographs of Mark and Jean to create a booklet that celebrated their individual lives and together as a couple.
The supplied photos gave an overall picture of their lives from growing up within their own families, to courting, their marriage, their children, family holidays, their hobbies, cruising holidays together and their grandchildren. It was a complete history from their beginning to the end.
Intertwined with the hymns, readings and prayers, In Loving Memory created a beautiful, elegant booklet that demonstrated their full and rich lives and the love they shared for each other. It was clear from the final booklet that this was a couple deeply in love, a true ‘Lifetime of Love’, a phrase adopted and used for the other elements of the celebration.
